14-Day Returns Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Products must be in re-saleable condition.

Please note: We cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery for health and safety reasons.

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@cleansupplements.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
